USING INSTRUCTION
1.Tun the knob on the knife sharpener to the corresponding position suitable for the type of knife to be ground.
2. Place the knife sharpener on a countertop securing it with one hand and grinding the knife with the other.
3.After sharpening the knife,wipe it clean with a damp cloth or rinse it with water and wipe it dry before use.
CAUTION
1.Excessive force should not be applied when sharpening a knife. Please follow the instructions to avoid damage to the blade.
2.It is normal for you to get a dirty surface of the ceramic rod after use.
3.Never wash your knife sharpener in the dishwasher or water. After using the knife sharpener wipe the surface clean with a wet towel and clean the used slot with a soft brush to keep the sharpener clean and dry.
4. Please keep knife sharpeners and knives out of children’s reach to avoid accidents .

Chefs knives: Select “1”,”2″ and “3” for grinding. where “1” means Coarse sharpening,”2″ means Fine sharpening, and “3” means Ceramic sharpening .Select the appropriate position depending on the bluntness of the knife, put the knife into the grinding slot, tilt the knife forward about 15°,then properly and steadily pull the knife backward from the heel of the blade for grinding(normally you only need to repeat this process three to five times).
Scissors: Select “4” for grinding. Open the scissors, place the cutting edge of it on the grinding blade and pull back and forth until it is sharp.
Sushi knives: Select “5”for grinding. Put the knife into the grinding slot, tilt the knife forward about 15°,then properly and steadily pull the knife backward from the heel of the blade for grinding (normally you only need to repeat this process three to five times).
Bread knives: Select”6″ for grinding. Put the knife into the grinding slot, then properly and steadily pull the knife backward from the heel of the blade for grinding(normally you only need to repeat this process three to five times).
Note: The 5 and 6 Stage are not suitable for left-handed.
